The following solutions were implemented.

• Slotting and rearrangement for optimal storage and retrieval of products.
• Slap and ship process.
• Improved inbound processing where goods received by purchase order are deconsolidated and put away to the final storage bin.
• Radio Frequency Framework for various processes such as Goods Receipt, Put away, Picking, Packing, Internal Movement and Physical Inventory.
• Implemented the outbound process to wave the orders dropped to EWM, Picked, Packed and Goods Issued in a very efficient way.
• Integrated EWM with conveyor system and Dematic ASRS systems.
