Smartsoft helped a huge Discount Furniture company and bedding retailer with over 50 showrooms in 11 states in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic regions with the BI Upgrade and BOBJ implementation. The customer has gone successfully live with SAP BW 7.01 & BOBJ 4.0 systems. The successful system redesign implements good placement of Process Centric Data Model Architecture which covers the cross functional business reporting requirements in IS(Retail) with tight integration with core ERP ECC business functions.  Smartsoft also helped the customer achieve easy leverage for future scope in development of on-going analytics and data foundation in retail space.

SAP & ESRI Solution: City Government

Smartsoft played a major role in implementing SAP for one of the top 10 cities in USA, which runs SAP primarily for Financials, Purchasing, Enterprise Asset Management and Utilities. The City has been bringing several functions and divisions under SAP and Smartsoft has been part of that effort working with the City since 2009.

Smartsoft implemented a mobile solution so City workers can update the work order information in SAP using tough books as soon as the work is completed - in real time from the field - eliminating paperwork, delays and errors.

Smartsoft also built an integrated GeoEAM solution leveraging SAP & ESRI software and helped City to meet its growing needs of managing City’s vast assets that are geographically wide spread.

Smartsoft consultants are engaged at the City in implementation of SAP EAM, blueprinting for new requirements, application upgrades, configuration and implementation of enhancements, development and maintenance of interfaces, providing application support to end users for ECC, BI and BO solutions.

Smartsoft helped a global pharmaceutical company with presence in over 40 countries to leverage their investments in Ariba and SAP by integrating the procurement processes in Ariba with account validation in ECC and SRM 7.0. Ariba supplier network has also been enabled and plans to integrate it with ECC are afoot. We are also evaluating tools for global procurement standardization.
