Smartsoft played a major role in implementing SAP for one of the top 10 cities in USA, which runs SAP primarily for Financials, Purchasing, Enterprise Asset Management and Utilities. The City has been bringing several functions and divisions under SAP and Smartsoft has been part of that effort working with the City since 2009.
Smartsoft implemented a mobile solution so City workers can update the work order information in SAP using tough books as soon as the work is completed – in real time from the field – eliminating paperwork, delays and errors.
Smartsoft also built an integrated GeoEAM solution leveraging SAP & ESRI software and helped City to meet its growing needs of managing City’s vast assets that are geographically wide spread.
Smartsoft consultants are engaged at the City in implementation of SAP EAM, blueprinting for new requirements, application upgrades, configuration and implementation of enhancements, development and maintenance of interfaces, providing application support to end users for ECC, BI and BO solutions.
