Conversion of existing ECC version to new S/4HANA is more complicated than standard ECC upgrades that SAP customers have been used to so far, as S/4HANA is a new and completely revamped software.

The migration projects are complex and require continuous monitoring and control to prevent cost and time overruns besides disruption to business operations.

Smartsoft is developing the ‘Smart Migration Cockpit’ tool to address these project challenges and present to the stakeholders real time status of the project besides monitoring the migration process across all SAP systems in customer’s SAP landscape, for the entire duration of the project.
